I had so much fun at Aqua Park Zakopane, the free access was a great perk! I also enjoyed the recreational amenities like the indoor pool and tennis court.
Couldn't reach reception by phone, but thankfully they were open 24/7. How convenient!

I recently stayed at Zespol Dolina Bialego - Willa Pan Tadeusz Bed & Breakfast in Zakopane for a business trip. The hotel was chosen by our director and I must say, it was a fantastic choice. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a recreation centre nearby where guests can enjoy a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna at the Biały Potok guesthouse. On the first day, I had a relaxing two-hour session in the pools which was a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a much-needed break from work.
The only minor inconvenience I encountered was that the receptionist didn't speak English, and there was no written information available about the accommodation in English.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, being near the city center but also close to nature. The hotel facilities were excellent, as there was a great children's playroom and a nice restaurant nearby with good food and good prices. In terms of transportation, there were many activities nearby, and the hotel even included a ticket to the aquapark. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.
No complaints. The hotel was perfect and I had a great stay in this city.

I spent my xmas holidays in a cozy villa surrounded by breathtaking nature. The access to hiking trails was fantastic, and I loved the fact that I could enjoy the calmness of the neighborhood while being within walking distance to the downtown area. The continental breakfast was a delightful surprise with a variety of options available.
The lack of a fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient, and the gym equipment was not up to par. , the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at best, which made it challenging to stay connected to the outside world.

The breakfast was tasty and there was a variety of choices. the location was convenient, being close to the city center and surrounded by beautiful scenery.
The room was cramped and outdated, with uncomfortable beds that slid apart in the middle. the lack of cleanliness was a major issue, with stained linens and a dirty bathroom.

The location of the hotel is great, surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. In the morning everything was fine and the staff were polite. the room had a nice view of the mountains and was spacious enough for three people.
The breakfast was disappointing, with poor quality servings and slow refills.
